This guide is for newcomers to the Seven Day World, a game that constructs a bizarre apocalyptic world. Here, players not only have to fight terrifying monsters but also need to take care of survival issues and home building. Many new players who just step into this land may feel a bit lost, so this beginner's guide aims to help everyone quickly understand some basic mechanisms and gameplay, allowing newcomers to get started faster.

Ⅰ. Main Storyline
It's recommended for beginners to start by following the main storyline. The main storyline is divided into six stages. The first stage mainly introduces the general worldview and some operation tutorials. Remember, when the main storyline asks you to collect materials and make crossbow bolts, gather more wood and copper ore because once you leave this area, you will have to find resources in the large world, where you might encounter other players competing with you for these resources. So, it's a good idea to collect as much as possible during the tutorial phase.
Ⅱ. Large World Exploration
After completing the tutorial and entering the large world, it's suggested to head straight to the Traveler's Camp and then activate the teleportation tower. Each camp you visit later will have a teleportation tower, which you should activate one by one. After activation, you can directly teleport between towers, saving a lot of travel time. When exploring, open the map to see many houses and strongholds. Inside the houses, there are usually chests and various materials for crafting equipment, so remember to collect them. Additionally, upon reaching each stronghold on the map, check the exploration requirements in the lower left corner; completing them can earn you a lot of experience. Each stronghold also has an equipment chest and a mysterious treasure. The mysterious treasure, which is a blueprint, can only be obtained once per season, while the equipment chest can be opened multiple times. If you have time, try opening it multiple times, as there's a chance to get equipment.

Ⅲ. Firearms
Firearms are mainly divided into elemental guns and traditional guns. Elemental guns' damage relies on hypersense intensity, which is quite low in the early stages, making them less advisable to use. Traditional guns, however, are linked to attack power and are a good choice for beginners. After obtaining a firearm, you can equip it with accessories, such as magazine extensions, range-enhancing gun muzzles, and aiming scopes, all of which can be acquired through large world exploration.

Ⅳ. Character Status
When your water and satiety levels are low, your character can only walk, not run. And if your equipment level is lower than the map level or you step into a contaminated area, your sanity will continuously decrease, leading to a reduction in health. Therefore, always pay attention to your status. If your sanity is low, consume sanity-restoring drugs; if you lack water and food, replenish them promptly.
Ⅴ. Territory Building
In the apocalypse, having your own territory is very important. Try to choose areas rich in resources, such as near the sea in Sparkle Town, where you can find plenty of iron ore and sulfur. These can be used for weapon crafting and upgrades in the early stages. Building near here makes mining and transportation convenient. Once you've decided on a location, enter build mode to see various architectural structures. It's suggested to first use walls and ceilings to construct a simple shelter, and later add stairs and other components.

Ⅵ. Anomalies
Anomalies can assist in combat and resource collection and can be obtained through exploration and completing tasks. Once you have contained a new anomaly, it will be placed in your backpack. To utilize their functions, you need to build independent containment units in your territory and place them inside. As long as the energy reaches a certain value, creation and territory anomalies will work and produce, while combat anomalies need to be released during battles from the containment interface using the required cradle.
Ⅶ. Memes
Memes can be understood as a tech tree, unlocking which grants special abilities and items, such as the stealth-enabling Spectrum and the Crafting Table for creating various equipment. Memes gradually unlock as your level increases. Every 5 levels, you will receive a meme specialization point, which can be used to unlock a random item or ability.

The above is the beginner's guide to the Seven Day World, explaining the knowledge and skills that new players need to know. After mastering these, your exploration of the world should become easier. Finally, we hope every player can develop smoothly and enjoy the unique fun of the apocalyptic world.
