Rhapsody and Deconstruction is a kind of old character enhancement system in "Return to the Future 1999". After unlocking, it can give the character certain buff effects, somewhat like exclusive passives, with improvements in skills, attributes, etc. Some players are quite curious about whether the Rhapsody for the Centurion in Return to the Future 1999 provides a significant boost? It has been confirmed that there will be a Rhapsody for the Centurion in version v3.0. Here, we will introduce this based on the characteristics and pain points of the Centurion.

As an initial release character, the mechanism of the Centurion is very simple: gain Passion to increase damage, lose Passion to restore health. Mechanically, it seems to fit into a Ritual team. Although the Centurion is a small skill dealer, adding "considered as Ritual" would make it even more fitting.

Stage I Rhapsody increases the Passion cap, and the two core skills [Invincible General] and [Outdoor Star] add Reality Trauma damage based on the current Passion value, and also start to be affected by Ritual power. This means that when paired with teammates who have Ritual amplification, the output will see a noticeable increase. Stage II Rhapsody

Stages II and III Rhapsodies enhance the [Invincible General] and [Outdoor Star] skills. When the Passion value is low, releasing the skill will return some Passion to itself, which helps with skill cycling and state maintenance. When Passion reaches a certain level, it will consume some Passion to deal additional Reality Trauma, forming a resource-to-burst loop.

The most obvious improvement comes from Stage IV Rhapsody, where performing the ultimate Ritual no longer consumes Passion, and after use, it enters a special state [Feast's Gift]. During this state, [Invincible General] and [Outdoor Star] no longer consume Passion, and the critical hit rate and critical trauma receive a significant boost, maximizing output efficiency. However, after the state ends, Passion will be easily depleted.

This concludes the introduction to whether the Rhapsody for the Centurion in Return to the Future 1999 provides a significant boost. Currently, it appears that the Rhapsody for the Centurion does not change from self-benefit to team-benefit as some had anticipated, but rather deepens individual stats. However, since this character's output mechanism is not particularly unique, the boost provided by this Rhapsody is relatively limited.
