As a nostalgic sequel to Against the Tide, Future Against the Tide not only includes classic gameplay modes but also introduces new modes such as challenge dungeons. Many old fans are very curious about what classic modes are available in Future Against the Tide. Below, we will introduce them one by one and explain their gameplay rules, so that players can quickly get started. If you are interested in the classic modes, be sure to check out this article.

The game currently includes classic hunting grounds, classic tower defense, and mech battles. In the classic hunting grounds, players will team up to enter a large map, which is divided into multiple stages. Players need to flexibly deal with different types of zombies and terrain mechanisms. For example, in narrow passages, a grenade launcher with a wide coverage area can be used.

In open terrains, rifles become the best choice. By continuously killing zombies and completing missions on the large map, players can earn in-game gold coins. With these gold coins, players can further enhance weapon damage or unlock special abilities, ultimately facing familiar bosses like the Gold Striker and Dr. Z.

If the hunting grounds are all about pure, exhilarating combat, then tower defense is a mode that combines combat and strategy. Monsters will attack our base from their spawn points, and players need to reasonably arrange defensive props based on the situation of the monsters, or control their characters to supplement the firepower on the defensive lines.

Finally, in the mech battles, 16 players are randomly divided into two factions: humans and mechs. Each battle consists of four rounds, with each round featuring 4 mech players and 12 human players in an asymmetric confrontation. This means that within the four rounds, each player will have one chance to be in the mech faction. After the four rounds, players will be ranked based on the damage they dealt and the number of kills they made.

Above is the introduction to the classic modes in Future Against the Tide. In the classic modes, there are the exhilarating hunting grounds, the strategic tower defense, and the competitive mech battles. Players can freely participate in the modes they are interested in and experience unprecedented joy.
