In Dragon Breath, stamina is a very important setting. Many activities require the use of stamina, and there is an upper limit to stamina, so it cannot be used casually. It must be used with the correct techniques and arrangements. Today, I will introduce how to use stamina in Dragon Breath. If you can use stamina scientifically, then naturally, it will play its best role. If you use it randomly, it will lead to lagging behind others in progress.

Firstly, everyone should understand the concept of stamina in the game. Stamina is mainly used for clearing dungeons. Under normal conditions, 1 point of stamina is automatically restored every 10 minutes. Additionally, it can also be recovered through some items, such as stamina bread. There is also the concept of reserve stamina, which can be converted into stamina at a 1:1 ratio. When your stamina exceeds the current upper limit, it will be converted into reserve stamina, with a maximum storage of 720 points. However, during this period, it becomes 1 point restored every 20 minutes, so make sure to use up your stamina in time to avoid waste.

The idea of stamina allocation is actually the priority level of daily dungeons. Once you have cleared the next difficulty level of a dungeon, I no longer recommend continuing to clear the current difficulty. During the pioneering phase, when the resonance level is below 90, each breakthrough will unlock a higher development cap, so during this period, stamina should mainly be allocated to the goblin stronghold. Because the goblin stronghold drops a lot of hero experience potions, which are important resources for development. Next is the talent dungeon, where completing it can increase talents, bringing permanent combat power bonuses to specific heroes. After the resonance level breaks 50, you can appropriately clear some talent dungeons in the early stage, prioritizing the activation of talents for commonly used heroes. In the equipment dungeon, since the equipment below legendary quality is currently just transitional, I do not recommend allocating too much stamina to the equipment dungeon; just enough to meet the needs is fine.

In the mid-to-late stages, that is, when the resonance level is 90 or above, various challenge modes such as the Continental Challenge are opened. The focus of allocation can be placed on developing multiple teams. At this stage, one team can no longer meet the requirements, and multiple team lineups are necessary. Prioritize clearing the equipment and rune dungeons, equipping all heroes in each team with legendary equipment. Since runes and equipment are very important for enhancing the combat power of heroes at this stage, runes for different elemental factions need to be cleared separately. Equipment-wise, at least three sets of offensive gear, one set of tank gear, and two sets of support gear should be acquired, which can be swapped between teams because there are no wearing restrictions. After the initial completion of the equipment dungeon, stamina should be prioritized for the talent dungeon until the talent levels of each team graduate.

Finally, push the resonance level to 100. In the late season, stamina should mainly be allocated to equipment dungeons of difficulty 15 and above, as these dungeons can now provide mythic equipment, significantly increasing the upper limit of hero combat power. You can also choose four fully refined legendary or mythic pieces of equipment to carry over to the next season.

After reading the strategies introduced by me, everyone should now understand how to use stamina in Dragon Breath. By using stamina according to the methods I've introduced, you can maximize resource utilization. This is very necessary for many players because, without spending money, they can only obtain resources through these activities, which is a guarantee for improving combat power.
