I. Character Leveling
Character leveling requires experience. Accumulating enough experience can increase the character's level. Actions such as crafting/building recipes, making maca, obtaining items, or breaking through talents, etc., can all earn a small amount of experience, but these are only obtainable for the first time. The more conventional way that everyone should master is the "Daily Training," which is a must-do daily task. There are 9 different tasks every day, and completing each one can earn 100 activity points. 500 activity points can get you all the rewards, meaning you can choose relatively easier ones to complete.
The second is "Growth Navigation," which is also a quick way to gain experience. Growth Navigation includes several aspects: Rechallenge the Overlord, Maca Secret Realm, Ancient Secret Realm, and Tower Residue. These four different gameplay modes all consume stamina, and you need to allocate stamina points reasonably here to accumulate a large amount of experience.
II. Overcontrol Core
1. Core Level: This requires defeating different overlords to obtain maca emblems to upgrade. After upgrading the overcontrol core level, it can increase the character's endurance and the resistance of five attributes, and at the same time unlock circuits and ancient amber gameplay. In addition to the overcontrol core level, unlocking the circuit also requires defeating an 8th-level overlord, the Split Hoof Beast, to meet the conditions.
2. Circuit Cultivation. Circuits mainly provide passive effects to the character, with four different types. Each type is gradually unlocked as the overcontrol core level increases. Classified by unlocking order: Attack Circuit, Survival Circuit, Special Ability Circuit, and Taming Circuit. Under each category, there are up to dozens of different effect circuits to choose from, but only one type can be equipped. Circuit quality is also distinguished, from low to high: green, blue, purple, and orange.
Circuits are generally obtained as rewards for the first clearance of the Tower Overlord. Another way is to purchase them from the merchant NPC on Kulaen Island, requiring the use of Sourcefire Tokens. As the overcontrol core upgrades, the quality of the circuits available for purchase from the merchant will also improve. After obtaining a circuit, it will initially show as an unknown circuit and needs to be identified using a circuit analyzer at home. Only then will a random circuit be unlocked. It is best to choose more suitable circuits based on your combat style, and of course, adjust the circuits according to different combat situations, combining them flexibly.
3. Ancient Amber. As the overcontrol core level increases, a total of 6 slots can be unlocked, allowing for the assembly of 6 pieces of ancient amber. There are many categories, including Swift Wind, Ice, Flame, Lightning, Solid Rock, Pioneer, Protection, Hunting, and Mastery. The smallest blue grade is the lowest, the medium purple grade is higher, and the highest is the large orange grade. Regardless of quality, the same type of ancient amber can achieve set effects, with 2-piece and 4-piece sets. A 2-piece set can enhance attribute damage and element accumulation efficiency, while a 4-piece set will additionally increase corresponding elemental damage and add a passive effect.
In addition to set effects, there are also matrix enhancement effects, and ancient amber reinforcement can provide additional matrix buffs. It is best to adjust the types of ancient amber in a timely manner based on the elements needed, to obtain set effects, which can better deal with enemies. Additionally, ancient amber with poor matrix enhancement terms can be used as upgrade materials. Ancient amber is mainly obtained in the Ancient Secret Realm and the Tower Residue dungeon. The Ancient Secret Realm primarily yields Swift Wind, Ice, Flame, Lightning, and Solid Rock elemental ancient amber. The Tower Residue mainly drops Pioneer and Protection ancient amber. Entering any of these dungeons requires consuming 40-60 stamina, and without stamina, even if the challenge is successful, no rewards can be obtained, which is something everyone needs to pay extra attention to.
