What are the initial characters in Black Beacon? New players can obtain quite a few characters through gacha and main story rewards at the start. These characters have different abilities, and players need to master them to progress through battles and continue the story. 1. Platinum Kite
Platinum Kite holds multiple titles and is exceptionally talented despite her young age. Her normal attack has 3 segments, and after the 3rd segment, she enters the "Dominion" state. Her dodge, when performed perfectly, will follow up with a normal attack, throwing a spinning greatsword forward, continuously dealing damage and knocking back enemies. Her passive skill, while in the "Dominion" state, allows her to gain one layer of "Burning Bloom" and one layer of "Monarch's Might" when using the "Scattered Bloom" and "Floral Bloom" moves. Additionally, every time she enters Dominion, she immediately performs a derivative skill and gains 5 seconds of invincibility. "Burning Bloom" triggers multiple attacks based on the number of layers accumulated, and "Monarch's Might" increases branch skill output by 3.85% per layer, stacking up to 3 layers.
Her first skill throws a greatsword forward, knocking back targets along its path and dealing 48.95% damage. At the end, it transitions into the "Dominion" state and releases a "Scattered Bloom" for a quick two-hit combo and piercing attack. Her second skill involves a spinning leap followed by a downward slash, attacking nearby enemies and then entering the "Dominion" state, releasing a "Floral Bloom" that deals 455.4% area damage. Her ultimate skill, depending on the number of "Burning Bloom" layers, uses an enlarged greatsword to perform up to 3 slashes.
2. Zero
This girl, like her name, is as empty as "zero." Her normal attack has 4 segments, dealing 159.5% damage. When she appears, she slashes the nearest enemy, dealing 22% damage. Her passive, under "Librarian Authority," enhances her normal attack, and Zero will coordinate with Anzu for a combined attack, with Zero dealing 105.6% damage and Anzu dealing 213.95% damage. During this, "Featherlight" is continuously consumed, and when "Featherlight" is depleted, the enhancement effect is lost.
Her first skill coordinates with Anzu to attack the enemy, unlocking "Blade Feather" upon use. Zero and Anzu will then coordinate another attack, each hit accumulating 25 points of "Featherlight," with a maximum storage of 100 points. Her second skill can only be used when "Featherlight" is full, dealing 169.4% damage and entering the "Librarian Authority" state. Clicking the skill again will have Anzu continue the attack, increasing the team's attack by 30% for 15 seconds. Her ultimate skill charges in the air, landing to deal 321.2% damage to all nearby enemies.
3. Enki
Enki is the youngest president in history. His normal attack deals 140.8% damage. His passive causes the energy ball from his second skill to deal 39.05% damage upon contact with an enemy, followed by an explosion for secondary damage and reducing the target's damage resistance by 10%. His first skill throws an energy ball, which deals damage upon landing. His second skill sweeps a scroll forward, dealing damage and then launching the hit energy ball forward. His ultimate skill first throws an energy ball, dealing 92.4% damage, then jumps and activates the ball, causing it to explode and split into 5 energy balls for 12 seconds, each ball dealing damage upon contact with an enemy.
4. Rokos
Rokos is an excellent student at the academy. Her normal attack has 4 segments, and hitting with the 4th segment grants 1 "Melodic Note." Her passive, when using a skill, enters the "Tuning" state, consuming filled "Melodic Notes." For the next 10 seconds, her normal attack is replaced by a rotating song group, dealing 401.5% area damage and summoning accompanying notes for 10 seconds. The notes provide an attack boost to characters with over 80% HP, and the notes also join in the attack when teammates attack.
Her first skill thrusts forward, dealing 54.45% damage, and hitting grants 1 "Melodic Note" and enters the "Tuning" state. If already in the state, it deals additional branch damage and grants another "Melodic Note." Her second skill also thrusts forward, gaining a "Melodic Note," and holding the button charges the attack, adding up to 3 times 27.5% damage based on charge time. Fully charging enters the "Tuning" state, and if already in the state, it performs multiple stabs and gains 2 "Melodic Notes." Her ultimate skill continuously pierces, dealing 553.3% damage to the enemy.
