The main focus of My Garden World is planting and selling flowers. Each player can plant different types of flowers in their garden, ranging from common daisies and roses to rare exotic varieties. Initially, these flowers can be sold as resources within the home, with different species fetching different prices. Rare flower species can be sold for higher prices, allowing you to earn a substantial amount of money. This money can be used to buy more flower seeds, fertilizers, and tools, thereby expanding your garden. Additionally, purchasing a large number of devices that can improve the efficiency and fame of the garden's planting.

Once the garden's fame increases, it will attract nearby villagers to visit. Players can then complete corresponding side quests, through which they can receive limited edition flowers gifted by the official. These flowers can be exchanged through offline events, and there will also be a dedicated showcase garden in the game for players to choose and display, enhancing the sense of cultivation and simulation in the game.
Besides the basic flower-planting gameplay, the game also includes a large number of side quests and leisure activities. Side quests are mostly issued by NPCs around the garden, primarily to help players understand the historical stories and hidden areas within the estate. Additionally, side quests can provide rich rewards, such as special fertilizers and decoration blueprints, and unlock the usage rights of some rare flowers.

Leisure activities are more daily activities. When players have free time, they can go fishing in the pond next to the garden. The fish caught can be placed in the garden's ornamental fish pond as decorations, attracting more visitors. Players can also choose to decorate their beautiful garden in the courtyard, placing benches, fountains, and flower stands, which can attract a large number of visitors, increase the garden's rating, and even attract many investors for cooperation, making the player very wealthy and further expanding the garden scale.
