In the world of "Sky: Children of the Light," every seasonal update is a new exploration and emotional extension. With the update on July 30, 2025, the Chinese server welcomed a brand new themed season - the Twin Stars Season. Today, I will introduce you to the Twin Stars Season of Sky. This season revolves around companionship, growth, and journey, continuing the game's consistently gentle style, with detailed adjustments in mechanisms and task design, making it worth delving into.

This season features four seasonal ancestors and two special characters, namely the "Elder's Lantern" guide and the mysterious "Heartfelt Manatee" companion. The role of the manatee has not been fully disclosed yet, but through the exchange tree, one can see its associated butterfly toy decoration, which has already attracted much attention and discussion among players. Although the Twin Stars Season does not add new light wings, the overall content remains rich, with rewards that are both practical and collectible.

From a completion perspective, players who wish to complete all the content of the Twin Stars Season need to collect about 362 seasonal candles. Under normal progress, it is expected to take around 56 days. If you are a Season Pass user, you will also enjoy additional benefits for faster completion, reducing the time to 55 days. The entire season is divided into two phases, with the official gradually unlocking six packages after the update, with three released initially and the rest following over time.

In terms of exploration, players can go to the "Cinema" via the guide character in the Home Realm or Cloud Nest, starting the main storyline and entering the new map. After completing the first task, the system will automatically unlock the "Toy Maker" ancestor, with subsequent ancestors scattered throughout the map. For more free exploration of the map, it is recommended to enter related areas through the map shrine after completing the initial guidance, making subsequent collections easier.

The placement of the four seasonal ancestors is relatively reasonable, but still requires some observation. For example, the second ancestor is located near the manatee enclosure area, the third is hidden in a small pipe gap close to the market, a bit concealed, while the last ancestor is near the city gate area, with an overall layered distribution. After successfully unlocking all ancestors, you can return to the Home Realm and exchange corresponding actions, outfits, and items through the star chart.

Regarding task design, the Twin Stars Season has made some adjustments compared to previous seasons, with a tighter pace. The tasks in the first and second stages are relatively smooth, focusing on guidance and basic interactions, suitable for all players to get started. In the third stage, the gameplay is elevated: players need to escort the manatee to avoid potential threats and complete path guidance, testing movement control, observational skills, and on-the-spot adaptability. If there are difficulties in operation, you can choose to complete the task as a team, providing a smoother collaborative experience.

That's all for the introduction to the Twin Stars Season of Sky. The Twin Stars Season continues to maintain the core characteristics of light social interaction and immersive exploration in "Sky: Children of the Light," demonstrating a highly consistent style in task arrangement and atmosphere creation. Although some content is not yet fully open, from the information currently known, this season is a journey worth investing in.
