1. The Incident at Long Burial Valley

At the start, the player, as the young boy "Yuwen Yi," is delivering goods to Li City with the merchant caravan. During a rest, he chats with the merchants. Just as they are about to set off again, they get caught up in a sect conflict. Apart from being rescued by Daoist Qingxu of Wudang after being poisoned, everyone else dies. A month later, Daoist Qingxu takes us to Jiang Yingfeng's home in Wutong Village. First, talking to Jiang Yingfeng gets us the "Five Poison Jade Pendant." Then, head to the woods west of the village to find Jiang Xiaotong. Here, a monkey steals Jiang Xiaotong's wooden sword, triggering a battle where we defeat the monkey and retrieve the sword;

After comforting Jiang Xiaotong, return to Jiang Yingfeng's house. She will teach us a basic internal skill. Open the martial arts interface, and use the martial arts points obtained from defeating the monkey to upgrade the skill. After some time, talk to Jiang Yingfeng again. She tells us that to detoxify, we need two herbs: Baizhi and Banbianlian. Get the herbs from Dr. Sun in the village, but he lacks Banbianlian. Choose to collect it yourself, and you can find it by the stream near the pharmacy. After obtaining it, bring all the herbs back to Jiang Yingfeng. She will then tell us that we still need Kaoliang wine.

2. Kaoliang Wine

Go to the inn to get two jars of Kaoliang wine, but the inn has sold out. Go to the village entrance and ask Wei Huo, who loves drinking. Talking to Wei Huo, he will invite us to spar. After defeating him, we get the Kaoliang wine. We can also increase our affinity with him to 60 by giving gifts and invite him to join our team. Return to Jiang Yingfeng's house to rest. The next day, go to the cave entrance at the back of the mountain and talk to Jiang Yingfeng and Xiaotong. This unlocks various weapon techniques. Proceed deeper into the cave, and at the very end, fight the Red Snake. After the battle, the poison in our body will be completely dispelled.

3. Cave Battle

After successfully detoxifying, three martial artists appear. Defeat them in battle. At the cave entrance, we find that they have kidnapped Xiaotong. With many opponents, Jiang Yingfeng uses her true qi to shatter a boulder, causing the cave to collapse. After waking up a few days later, we find that Jiang Yingfeng has died and Xiaotong is missing. From the village chief, we learn that Xiaotong may have been taken to Luo Village.

4. Searching for Xiaotong in Luo Village

Head east from Wutong Village to enter Luo Village. Upon arrival, go to the inn to inquire about Xiaotong. At the inn, we learn that a little girl was taken to Wanzi Mountain. Continue east to Wanzi Mountain. Upon entering, we are knocked out by bandits and thrown into a dungeon. After practicing the previously acquired internal skills in the dungeon, we can escape. On the way, we meet a red-clothed girl who came to eliminate the bandits. Team up with the girl and go down the fork to get a chest. Then, head east to the top and rescue the children held captive by the bandits. Finally, find the leader at the mountaintop. Remember to use healing potions to recover and upgrade your martial arts before attacking the leader. After defeating the leader, return the children to Luo Village, but we fail to find Jiang Xiaotong.

5. Seeking Help from Wudang

The red-clothed girl suggests that Jiang Xiaotong may have been taken to Nanzhao. Since we don't know the location, we can first go to Wudang Mountain southwest of Luo Village to find Daoist Qingxu. On the way, we can go to the inn to spar with Bai Jin. Follow him back to Wanzi Mountain to eliminate the remaining bandits. After defeating them, we can take one item from the weapons, jewelry, etc. Back in Luo Village, Bai Jin tells us we can find him in Luoying Forest and leaves. By giving gifts, we can increase his affinity to 60 and invite him to join our team. When we reach Daoist Qingxu, we can say we are friends of Jiang Yingfeng. Daoist Qingxu, upon seeing us, says our strength is insufficient and asks us to become disciples of Wudang. We choose to agree.
