Starry Worm is one of the core pets in the bug-type lineup in the world of Rock Kingdom, mainly focusing on high defense + buffs as a team pet. It plays a very critical role in the later stages of the team. Below, let's help you understand how to play with Starry Worm in the Rock Kingdom world. It can evolve into Falling Star Worm in the mid-game and Meteor Worm in the late game, suitable for playing as a team support or sustained damage dealer. So, let's get to know more about it!

The initial form of Starry Worm needs to be captured in the open-world map, Starlight Plain, under certain conditions. Time and weather: It only refreshes at night or during "Star Dust Rain" weather (which can be actively adjusted through the in-game "Astronomical Instrument"). You need to unlock the Starlight Plain map and complete the prerequisite task, "Guidance of Starlight," defeating the guardian monster, Luminous Butterfly, to trigger its appearance. It is recommended to use "Star Dust Bait" to increase the spawn rate and bring an electric-type pet to weaken its HP below 40%, then catch it with a Prism Ball.

The core skill, Bug Call, can stack magic combos. For every bug-type pet in the team, the combo count increases by 1 (up to a maximum of 3). This means that in a pure bug-type team, it can definitely serve as the main damage dealer. The Cover skill provides evasion and damage reduction effects, making it suitable for long battles. Recommended moves: Bug Call + Cover + Stone Plate Cannon (Armor Break) + Tackle (for additional damage). In battle, prioritize using Cover to enhance survivability, followed by Bug Call to trigger combos and suppress the enemy's HP. In the endgame, use Stone Plate Cannon to break the enemy's defense. If the level is not sufficient, Tackle can be replaced with Contract Resonance to activate the bug-type team synergy effect.

In terms of attributes, we have two options: either increase magic attack or defense. The former enhances the output of Bug Call and is suitable for a pure bug team, while the latter improves the ability to take control early in the game. The priority of attributes is Magic Attack > Speed > Magic Defense. It is suggested to have a Magic Attack of 28+ and Speed of 22+, while defensive attributes should maintain a basic threshold. Recommended team: Starry Worm (main controller) + Giant Rock Beetle (secondary tank) + Phantom Butterfly (healer). Bug Call combos can quickly clear the field, but it's important to note that bug teams are very vulnerable to fire and flying types.

With its unique skill mechanism, Starry Worm can become the main damage dealer in a pure bug team or a support in a regular team, offering diverse gameplay. Its capture and development are relatively easy, and new players can form a powerful bug team early on by reasonably grouping bug-type pets and combining skills.
