The third, Healing Pearl, can only be obtained after defeating the boss, Rain Caller Tree. When not activated, it consumes water to heal, but once activated, it automatically heals during rain, requiring placement near a river or water storage area, and there must not be a bonfire nearby. The fourth, Antaeus, is a trophy from defeating the Stone Giant boss, with a certain chance of acquisition. When not activated, it reduces the negative effects of medicines, but when activated, the side effect values double, though it provides an enhanced damage reduction effect, while also slightly reducing damage output; it can be activated by placing it on a stone within your territory.

Since many medicines in the game come with certain side effects, whether to use this curio depends on current needs. There's also the Devouring Curio Chest, for which you need to move your home close to the curio, click on the chest, and throw any item into the ground. The chest will then move towards where the item was thrown, and by guiding the chest all the way to your home, you can obtain it.
