1. Shikai

Shikai is the initial state of Zangetsu, meaning the form that we see at the beginning.

2. Bankai

In Bankai state, the power of Zangetsu significantly increases. Once a Zanpakuto reaches Bankai, it transforms into Tensa Zangetsu, and the appearance of Zangetsu changes to the size of a normal weapon.

3. Mugetsu
