When it comes to the exceptionally wise and brave generals of the Three Kingdoms period, many people would first think of Mr. Zhuge, a character of unparalleled wisdom who has always been very popular. The design of Zhuge Liang in the game "Code: Kill" is also based on his persona from the Three Kingdoms, so you can find the characteristics of this role in the skill effects. In the game, the Zhuge Liang card is also quite favored by many players.

As a member of the Shu faction, the Zhuge Liang card has four health points and only two skills. The first skill is called "Mystic Eight Trigrams," which triggers at the start of the turn. When triggered, all players reveal the top card of the deck for each character, then Zhuge Liang chooses one character to execute the corresponding Mystic effect. After execution, the remaining unrevealed cards are returned to the top of the deck in their original order. There are eight types of Mystic effects, corresponding to different numbers:
Opening (Number 1): Allows drawing 2 cards.
Shocking (Number 2): Discard 2 random hand cards.
Scenery (Number 3): Gain 1 tactics card.
Injury (Number 4): Suffer 1 point of lightning damage with no source.
Closure (Number 5): Discard 1 random equipment.
Rest (Number 6): Increase hand card limit by 1.
Life (Number 7): Recover 1 health point.
Death (Number 8): Lose 1 health point.

It's important to note that once "Mystic Eight Trigrams" is activated, a character's Mystic effect must be chosen and cannot be canceled. This means that even if all friendly characters face negative effects and all enemy characters face positive effects, a choice must still be made. Additionally, the revealed Mystic cards are arranged in the deck in reverse order starting from Zhuge Liang. When Zhuge Liang chooses to activate "Mystic Eight Trigrams," the selected Mystic card is discarded, and the other unrevealed Mystic cards are returned to the top of the deck in their original order.
Zhuge Liang's second skill is called "Ingenious Stratagem," which automatically triggers at the start of the turn, drawing one card randomly from an exclusive tactics card pile and adding it to Zhuge Liang's hand. These exclusive tactics cards total eight, each with unique functions. They are:

Tongue Duel: During this turn, whenever a tactics card is played, draw one card. This card enhances control over cards, allowing more hand resources to be accumulated through continuous play of tactics cards, providing more options for subsequent strategic planning.
Borrowing Arrows with Straw Boats: Can negate incoming damage and simultaneously gain the card that was about to deal damage to Zhuge Liang. This card is both defensive and resource-acquiring, protecting Zhuge Liang while also replenishing his hand with new power.
Sacrifice to the Seven Stars: Until the start of Zhuge Liang's next turn, all fire damage will be increased by one. This card can increase the pressure on enemies in a short time, especially useful when facing strategies that rely heavily on fire attacks.
Wit to Capture Huarong: Mark a character; until the start of Zhuge Liang's next turn, after the marked character takes damage, any other character that can attack the marked character can immediately use a "Kill" card on them. This card effectively concentrates firepower, quickly weakening or defeating the marked target.
Seven Captures and Seven Releases: When Zhuge Liang is about to deal damage to a target, this card can prevent the damage and instead gain two cards from the target. This card provides a more flexible way to manage damage, allowing Zhuge Liang to adjust his tactics according to the battlefield situation.
Empty City Strategy: Until the start of Zhuge Liang's next turn, if he has no hand cards, other players cannot target him with hand cards or skills. This is a protective strategy card, particularly useful when low on hand cards.
Removing the Roof: Choose a target character to divine. If the result is not a Wake Up card, deal 1 point of fire damage to the character. This card combines divination and direct damage, increasing the game's unpredictability.
Borrowing the Dead to Revive: Automatically triggers when Zhuge Liang dies, allowing the selection of another character to make them immune to damage for the following turn. This card provides some protection for the team and can save important allies at critical moments.

It's worth noting that these eight exclusive tactics cards form an independent deck. Once they are played and enter the discard pile, they are transferred back to this independent deck and do not mix with other public cards. This means that once these cards leave the independent deck, they will not reappear in the public deck due to shuffling. Additionally, if all eight exclusive tactics cards are already in play, this skill will not continue to draw new cards.
The above is the introduction to how Zhuge Liang works in "Code: Kill." Although Zhuge Liang only has two skills, their effects are varied and highly random, playing significant roles at different times.
