First, we teleport to Shattered Rock Town, enter the house in the picture below and talk to Al's mother to start the "Clothes on the Wanderer" quest. Then immediately go to the 9th floor and talk to Al here. After completing the quest, you will receive a mysterious rune. Then, head to the right side of the town, find the temple, and place the mysterious rune on the altar to open the gate.
