Platinum Kite's basic attack is Monarch Swordsmanship, which deals three consecutive hits. After the 3rd hit, it will enter the Sovereign State. By holding down, you can perform a heavy attack, and after the heavy attack ends, it will also enter the Sovereign State. After a perfect dodge, you can follow up with a basic attack. Whether it's a perfect dodge or a dodge counter, both will enter the Sovereign State. The effect of the Sovereign State is related to its passive. Most of the skills used by Platinum Kite can enter this state.

In the Sovereign State, it causes regular damage to the surroundings and unlocks derivative skills, while also preparing for a counterattack. If no attack is launched during this period, the stance will end and exit the state after one second. After using Petal Scatter and Blossom Fury in this state, Platinum Kite gains one layer of Monarch Might, which increases derivative damage per layer, stacking up to 6 layers.
