It's recommended to promote Liu Bei to a physician, unlocking group healing skills. Promotion materials can be obtained through achievement rewards from the previous levels; if resources are insufficient, prioritize strengthening core attackers like Zhang Fei and Guan Yu, delaying the development of support characters.

The enemy force mainly consists of a mix of spearmen and shield bearers, so it's necessary to promote units that can break defenses. Promote Zhao Yun to a spearman, unlocking piercing attack skills that can penetrate two shield bearers at once.
